- CompTIA A+ (Live Virtual)
CompTIA certifications are widely respected across the IT industry. Our certified instructors can help you build the IT skills employers are actively hiring for. With interactive exercises and guided labs, participants gain the confidence to diagnose and resolve common technical issues.
A+ is composed of two modules: Core 1 (Hardware) and Core 2 (Operating Systems). Each Core has an exam, and both must be passed to earn your A+ certification. In this 10-week program, students can take Core 1 and Core 2 together for accelerated learning or take one course at a time. Learning materials are included. Exam fees are not included.
CompTIA A+ Core 1: Hardware
Core 1 covers installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware such as laptops, mobile devices, and PCs; understanding networking basics; working with virtualization and cloud concepts; and supporting a wide range of peripherals.
CompTIA A+ Core 2: Operating Systems
Core 2 focuses on the software, security, and operational skills needed for IT support roles. It covers installing and configuring operating systems (especially Windows), managing users and devices, implementing basic cybersecurity practices, troubleshooting software issues, and following professional procedures in an IT environment.
