COURSES
Courses you may choose from include:
- Effective Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions
Participants are equipped with a structured approach and checklist to accomplish problem-solving tasks individually or in teams, avoiding pitfalls, identifying root causes, and tackling simple or complex problems. This training is designed to integrate into and boost existing problem-solving approaches including 8D, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Corrective & Preventive Actions, Plan-Do-Check (Study)-Act, A3, and other methodologies. - 8 Step Disciplined Problem Solving (8D)
Master the art of effectively eliminating problems through an eight-step, disciplined problem-solving process commonly used in the automotive industry. This process provides clear guidelines and steps to follow, allowing you to analyze and prioritize problems, identify root causes, seek solutions, and implement actions with precision. - Minitab: Basic Statistics, Graphs, SPC and Capability
The training accelerates your mastery of Minitab basics, general data analysis approaches, and graphical summaries. You’ll explore descriptive statistics, check for normality using normal probability plots and box plots, and unleash the power of pareto charts, bar charts, and control charts (SPC). Additionally, you’ll develop skills in capability analysis and handling non-normal data through simulations and exercises. - Minitab: Design of Experiments
Unleash powerful statistical methods to investigate cause-and-effect relationships and drive improvements in systems or processes. Master comparative hypothesis experiments for making simple comparisons. Develop the skills to plan, execute, and analyze classic fractional or factorial designs of experiments to obtain a linear model and identify key factors for maximizing, minimizing, or optimizing a process or desired result. - Minitab: Measurement System Analysis (MSA)
Transform your understanding of measurement systems with this training. Learn how to set up studies, select samples effectively, and analyze and interpret Gage R&R and Attribute Agreement studies in Minitab. Hands-on exercises will accelerate your mastery of these principles, ensuring that poor measurement systems no longer go undetected and become a primary cause of problems and poor decision-making.
