Please note: Payment is due at time of registration. Please have your credit card information ready to submit in the payment step before beginning the registration process.Payment in full is due when you register.
- If registering online, use a credit card to complete the process.
- Cash and check payments are only accepted in person.
- If paying by check, make checks payable to Greenville Technical College. Please write the course number in the "For" field.

Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. and Friday, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.A copy of your transcript may be mailed or picked up when required information is provided. Please note the transcript provides a Satisfactory or Unsatisfactory status - not a grade status.
The charge for a duplicate certificate is $10 (some exceptions apply). The charge for a transcript that you pick up is $8. If you need a transcript mailed, the charge is $10. Students must sign a release form. Please call ahead at 864-250-8800.
In order to process this request by mail, the following must be provided:
- a copy of your driver’s license or ID
- Social Security number
- the course name
- year taken
- where to send the transcript
Yes, in some cases. Check your confirmation receipt for required books and/or supplies. Books for some courses are included in the registration fee.
You may cancel your registration with seven days' notice before class starts. A processing fee of $25 will be charged for cancellations from courses under $500 and $75 for courses over $500. Transferring your registration to another class when requested at least seven days before the original class starts is free. Only one transfer of a class is allowed. Cancellations or class transfers made with less than seven days’ notice will result in the total registration fee forfeiture. Please note that refunds will be applied to any outstanding debt owed to the college first.
