- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt: Best Practice Problem Solving & Process Improvement
Develop your individual and team problem-solving and process improvement skills. Based on a working knowledge of the DMAIC approach (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control), training incorporates insights into identifying and avoiding pitfalls, getting more improvements done in less time, a competency assessment, waste reduction, lean tools and key terminology/metrics. - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Build on the foundation of Yellow Belt by advancing your knowledge, skills, and tools to tackle larger, more complex organizational challenges. This course equips you with both statistical and non-statistical methods to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement sustainable process improvements. Learn how to transform raw data into useful information for improvement. Training includes a completed off-site project. - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
Pre-requisite: You must have completed Greenville Tech’s two-week Green Belt training as the first two weeks of Black Belt.
Take Green Belt training to another level in weeks three and four by incorporating advanced lean and statistical tools and mastering the most popular statistical software package, Minitab. Accelerate your ability to do data-driven analysis and problem-solving, tackle more complex problems and achieve faster, bigger impacts. Training includes a completed off-site project. - Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt: Technical Expert, Train-the-Trainer and Coach
Play a critical role in successful problem solving and process improvement initiatives. Develop expertise in four key competencies: Teaching, coaching, technical expert and project sponsorship to better support organization improvement.
