Lean Six Sigma Deployment Champion / Project Sponsor Training

This workshop guides participants in both Lean Six Sigma Deployment Champion and Project Sponsor roles. Understand best practices in leading an organization’s deployment of Lean Six Sigma or other improvement initiatives and how to provide management support for specific projects. Training includes identification, selection and management of multiple improvement projects across an organization.
